Move from an empty workspace to your first coordinated workflow in three deliberate steps.

Sign in to your workspace
Use the account provided by your workspace administrator. Your organization keeps its data, permissions, and usage isolated.

Connect the work you already have
Start with leads, content, or existing knowledge. Connections keep data current instead of turning setup into a recurring upload chore.
If outreach is your first workflow, begin with the lead import guide. You can use a prepared CSV or connect a CRM for continuous synchronization.

Give Taicho a concrete outcome
Use the Assistant to describe the result you need. Review the proposed work, keep approvals where they matter, and let Taicho coordinate across products.
A useful request names the outcome, the audience, and any operating limits. Taicho uses that context to plan the work and show you what happens next.
